Sophie La Giraffe est tres belle

This is the "it" toy right now supposedly although it's been a longterm staple in europe I think.  Made of natural rubber with a distinctive smell (and "food grade nontoxic paint"), it squeaks like a dog toy and has just the right level of softness and give to encourage teething.  Frankie's a little young for it but it's all the rage with the older droolers at ECFE.  I got one for big cousin Mathieu too who's a teething machine, and we'll see what his verdict is.  Apparently Brandon is cutting some teeth too.

    Cute!!! Can't wait to see him, well Brandon too, again! We must get together for a Red Sox game this summer...except maybe in front of the TV with beers and food!!

    These are all the rage with my teething puppy companion, Owen, too. He seems to think it is quite soothing on his aching gums and has decided to "share" it with Mathieu. Needless to say, is does not make Alpha Dog or Mathieu very happy! When it is (clean and) not in Owen's mouth, Mathieu loves it and says, "Thank you, Auntie Juli! I feel so hip and European!"
